Wall Panels
Neslo Manufacturing offers a variety of clean room panel products. One of our offerings is 1/2″ thick panels that include melamine, with a low-pressure melamine laminate skin on both sides of either standard industrial grade (class C) particle board or fire retardant (class A) particle board. Melamine is an organic compound with fire retardant properties, so panels that include melamine are fire retardant.
Neslo Manufacturing offers a variety of clean room panel products. One of our offerings is 1/2″ thick panels that include melamine, with a low-pressure melamine laminate skin on both sides of either standard industrial grade (class C) particle board or fire retardant (class A) particle board. Melamine is an organic compound with fire retardant properties, so panels that include melamine are fire retardant.
Neslo Manufacturing also offers 1/4″ or 1/2″ thick aluminum honeycomb panels consisting of .032″ thick white aluminum skin on both sides of .400″ thick aluminum honeycomb panel cores. An advantage of these aluminum honeycomb panels is that they offer light weight and large bending capacity. A honeycomb aluminum panel is non combustible, non outgassing, and anti static as well. Paper honeycomb does have its benefits, but honeycomb aluminum is superior to a paper honeycomb in our opinion.
In addition to aluminum honeycomb for your cleanroom walls, another option for your clean room panels are 1/4″ or 1/2″ thick aluminum/poly clean room wall panels, consisting of .032″ thick white painted aluminum skins on either one side or both sides of .400″ thick fluted polypropylene panel cores. These panels, made of sandwiched materials, are also called ACPs or Aluminum Composite Panels. Due to the mix of metal and plastic, aluminum composite panels are durable, non combustible, economical, and offer hassle-free maintenance.
Neslo Manufacturing also offers 1/4″ or 1/2″ thick fiberglass reinforced plastic clean room paneling, consisting of .030″-.090″ thick smooth white fiberglass reinforced plastic FRP skin mounted on one side to a .400″ thick fluted polypropylene core with either no backer or .013″ primed aluminum skin backers. Class A, fire retardant FRP skin is available for this cleanroom wall panel. fiberglass reinforced plastic FRP has an advantage in being inherently corrosion resistant and is also an economical solution for cleanroom wall systems. FRP is also high-strength and low-weight, making it a versatile solution for your cleanroom.
