Designed to Meet ISO Cleanroom Classifications

Modular cleanrooms are classified by the maximum number of particles (0.5 microns or larger) allowed per cubic foot of air. For reference, a human hair measures 75–100 microns in width — making 0.5 microns extremely small.

  • Class 100 (ISO 5)

    Cleanrooms allow up to 100 particles per cubic foot and provide strict contamination control, making them ideal for food packaging and electronics.

  • Class 1,000 (ISO 6)

    Cleanrooms permit up to 1,000 particles per cubic foot. While less strict than Class 100, they remain highly effective and are commonly used in lab research, medical processing, and industrial manufacturing.

  • Class 10,000 (ISO 7)

    Cleanrooms allow up to 10,000 particles per cubic foot and continuously circulate filtered air to maintain controlled conditions. They are suitable for electrical components, electronics fabrication, and FDA-compliant pharmaceutical and chemical processing.
