CR600 Clean Room Wall System

The most important part of cleanroom walls is controlling and filtering air and the ability to cycle air to maintain that controllability. The CR600 is one of Neslo Manufacturing’s Customizable Cleanroom Wall Systems. The Neslo Manufacturing system provides air control in our wall systems by using the cavity of the wall as a return air chase. The CR300, which is our standard cleanroom system with a 3 5/8″ depth cavity limits the amount of air that can be returned.
With the CR600 we utilize a much deeper cavity, 6″ plus, that provides much more air control, which may be required for your cleanroom. The CR600 has the same characteristics as the CR300, but with a larger wall cavity to allow more air control.
